    The Collaborative Research Centre (SFB) 1199: “Processes of Spatialization under the Global Condition” will be opened on 25 May 2016 by Prof. Dr. Matthias Middell (Speaker of the SFB 1199) with a welcome by Prof. Dr. med. Beate A. Schücking (President of the University of Leipzig) and a keynote by Prof. Dr. Benno Werlen (Institute of Geography, University of Jena; Executive Director of the International Year of Global Understanding), moderated by Prof. Dr. Sebastian Lentz (Director of the Institute for Regional Geography, Leipzig).

    The SFB members cordially invite you to join the opening and a small reception following the keynote.
